Shipping policy

Shipping Location

We ship all of our products from MS Direct, CH-9320 Arbon using Swiss Post Standard PostPac Economy parcel services and rates.

Your Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after the order has been placed (weekends 48 hours). We provide a 3-5 day shipping service from processing of the order across all of Switzerland for those products that we have in stock in Switzerland at MS Direct in Arbon.

We also have stock showing as "In-Stock" in our platform, which is located in our distribution centers in Germany and Italy. These products can take between 7 and 10 working days to arrive and be delivered to you within 14 days of order processing.

We do not indicate which logistics center that your product is at, apart from "In-Stock" which means that the product is in either Switzerland, Germany or Italy.

Pre-Orders or Out of Stock orders

We can provide any WeatherTech product to you in Switzerland, but we cannot stock the 40,000 SKUs of the WeatherTech range. Any pre-order products, means that these products are currently not available in Europe. We have 1 container by sea every 2 months and 2 air-freight deliveries per month, and your items will be included in these orders.

Please ensure before you order an out-of-stock item that you accept, that the delivery date could be up to 6 weeks from order. If not, please do not order these goods, as we cannot be responsible for late deliveries, due to stock availability, distribution and increased logistics challenges between the USA and Switzerland.

It is possible to request any WeatherTech product from us, and we will guarantee that we can deliver the item to you in Switzerland.

Packaging

Our products will be shipped in locally sourced (Switzerland) plain boxes, made from recycled materials. We may use branded marketing on our packaging slips and tapes to identify our products to you. On occasions, we may use original WeatherTech packaging for some items when sourced from the USA.

Shipping Rates

From time to time, we may offer various delivery options, including free deliveries within Switzerland, based on the order value and/or number of units purchased.

However, we have certain items (CargoLiners), that can be over 100cm in length, which incur additional Swiss Post (oversized) charges, we will charge for these oversized items at CHF21.00.

Irrespective of the free delivery for a combined purchase of over 75CHF.
