Refund policy

30 day returns on all purchases.

All returns must be sent to WeatherTech (MESA), c/o MSDirect, Zelgstrasse 2-5, Tor 10/11, CH-9320 Arbon, by standard Suisse Post package fees, please use the original box. 

For incorrect goods, we will pay the return fees on receipt of the postage invoice, for return goods, the cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

On receipt of the goods into stock, we will replace your product or issue a refund.

When purchasing our WeatherTech Car mats, Cargo mats, and Sunshades, please make sure that you check the Make, Model, Year, and Version of your vehicle against our product information (which is on our product details page). If possible, use your vehicle's VIN number and/or registration document, as this is the most accurate description of your vehicle.

Many vehicles have variations based on their country of manufacture and configuration, and while we endeavour to send the correct product for your vehicle, mistakes can be made.

Please retain your box for 5 to 7 days for a return, the return label address is included with your delivery note.

Special Orders (custom products) - We only stock Car mats and Cargo mats, in the colour black. A special order is considered any other colour of grey, tan, or brown, that the customer specifically requests. We do not take returns on special orders.

These products, if incorrect in any form, cannot be returned to Mauwi Enterprises Sàrl.

Order Issues

Incorrect Product

  1. If you order or receive an incorrect product, please let us know immediately so we can help to find the right product for your vehicle and instigate a product exchange. Or initiate a refund. Email info@mauwi.com, with your order number and photographs of the issue (these are helpful for us). 

  2. Please do not alter the product in any way (by cutting or crushing). Any damaged products cannot either be returned nor refunded and automatically breaches our product warranty.

  3. If possible, please provide photographic evidence of the product mismatch. This helps us determine what product you have received and or helps diagnose your vehicle's configuration. This is very important to us. Please either send the photographs with your order number as reference to info@mauwi.com. 

  4. Once the problem is identified, we will offer either
    A). A replacement product that fits your car and initiate the product exchange or
    B). Offer a full refund under our return policy, outlined below.

  5. On some occasions we may not have a replacement product in our Logistics center in Arbon CH-9320, therefore we will order the replacement for delivery within 30 days of initiation of this process from either of our European Distributors or from the factory in Chicago USA (which can be longer up to 4-6 weeks).

  6. For product return, the customer must
    A). Return the current product under the terms of our returns (conditions) policy below, and we will reimburse your postage fees (please send us the receipt) or B). We will issue a return via Swiss Post for collection. Under this condition. The customer must inform us of the pick-up address and location at that address.

Product Returned Without Fault

If you wish to return the product due to any other reason apart from the above. Then the client must pay for the parcel return as outlined below. Once received, we will reimburse the customer for the full amount, excluding the postage. Please follow the instructions below.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To begin a return, you can contact us at info@mauwi.com, include your order number and the items you wish to return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Please include your purchase/invoice number and the return label (which should be on your delivery note inside the box) is already available on your invoice/receipt. Please make sure that you have confirmation from us before you return the goods.

WeatherTech products that are returned to us without first asking for a return will not be accepted. No refund will be issued accordingly. It is advised that you use a parcel tracking service for your return.

Goods that are not received by us within 21 days of notice will also not be refunded. We are not responsible for the returned products reaching our logistics center.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide a photograph of the damage for us to accept the return.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders), and opened cleaning care liquids (such as spray products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or vouchers. In the case of the Car Covers, each is custom cut and sewn to your vehicle's make, model, and year, therefore we cannot accept returns for Car Covers once an order has been placed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Adoption Of European Union's 30-day Cooling-Off Period For Swiss Customers

Notwithstanding the above, we adopt the general policies of the EU, therefore you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason, and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Mauwi Enterprises Sàrl will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@mauwi.com.

Mauwi Enterprises Sàrl has the right at any time to alter the returns process and/or accept returns. It is imperative that the customer communicates with us immediately with any concerns, via email, SMS, or our social channels. So that we can collaborate in ensuring the best service offering and product replacement or refund.
