Shipping & Delivery
Yes, shipping is free for all orders over CHF 125.-. For orders below this amount a small delivery fee applies and is calculated at checkout.
We ship from our Swiss and German warehouses. Pre-orders come directly from the USA via air freight.
In-stock items at our Swiss warehouse are delivered within 3-5 working days via Swiss Post or our delivery partners.
In-stock items at our German warehouse typically arrive within 7-10 working days.
Pre-orders (out-of-stock items) are air-freighted from the USA and usually arrive in Switzerland within 25 days.
Usually yes. Since many items are too large for Swiss Post. Occasionally, we may ship part of your order separately if one item is delayed.
No, we only deliver to Swiss addresses. In some cases, we can deliver abroad (e.g. hotel for holidays), however this involves extra cost and longer delivery times.
Yes, all orders are shipped via Swiss Post, and you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
Ordering & Payment
Once you place your order, rest assured you’ll receive your product. Sometimes there are delays with shipments from the USA to Germany, but we always fulfill your order.

We are gradually building our European distribution. Stocking in Europe improves availability across the continent. Limiting stock to Switzerland would reduce options due to the smaller market size.
It means your product is either in Switzerland, Germany, or in air-freight transit on pre-order. Expect delivery within 3–10 days working days.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, undamaged condition with all packaging and components. Items that have been cut, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund and will void the warranty.
